The Kyokai announced on the 4th that Nishikifuji (30, Isegahama beya) will
be absent from the Natsu jungyo due to atrial fibrillation. The summer tour
began on the 2nd in Gifu City. Nishikifuji had not participated in any
matches from the start due to poor health. Atrial fibrillation is a heart
condition, a type of arrhythmia.
