He weighed in at just 99kg, just under 100kg. "I can't exercise right now, so I'm not getting the amount of exercise I should be getting. I need to eat more," he said with a smile. He injured his left leg on day 4 of last basho against Narutaki, finishing with a record of 2-2-3. He revealed that the diagnosis was a "comminuted fracture of the fibula," and commented, "I don't know if I'm doing well, but I'm getting better." He continued, "I'm going to the keiko-ba and doing things like shiko within my limits, without putting too much strain on myself. I'm also working on my upper body." Looking ahead to Aki basho where he aims to make a comeback, Enhou stated, "First of all, I need to get better. I want to be able to do some sumo in time for the banzuke announcement. I can't afford to rush, so I want to make sure I get enough calcium."</span>
