Hakuhou was spotted on July 28th on the head of the International Judo Federation's Chairman's Twitter account. There was picture of him sitting between Japanese medalist Ono and Chairman Vizel or whatever his name is. So Hakuhou is taking part in the Olympics after all..<br>
