I am not listening or watching the broadcast, but there is 1/4 of the capacity (approximately) in the Kokugikan for the day. Has anyone else noticed, and is it true also on the NHK subscription live sumo channel, that the applause seems canned? It’s just so unlike any type of audience feat icon I’ve ever heard before on live TVJapan NHK or NHK World. <br></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">This is not a criticism; I grew up with canned applause and laughter on so many tv sitcoms .
