Regarding Aonishiki joining the jungyo but not doing any sumo, his Oyakata
Ajigawa explained the condition of his left foot, saying, "It's not good."
Nevertheless, he explained the point of accompanying the jungyo, saying,
"If he doesn't participate, his morale will drop. Treatment is important,
but I think his morale is important too." They have brought medical
equipment with them and will be going around while monitoring his
condition. "Being called 'Ozeki' is very encouraging," said Aonishiki.
