Well, not happening for now..The organizers of "Yame Rikishi Cho Sumo," the
basho featuring former Makuuchi rikishi, announced on the 10th that the
event has been postponed. The basho was originally scheduled to be held on
June 6th at Arena Tachikawa Tachihi in Tokyo. The new date is yet to be
determined. E-VENT Co., Ltd., the organizer, explained, "In order to review
the production system for this event and to further enhance the content of
the event, we have unfortunately decided to postpone the event." Since
tickets had already gone on sale, refunds will be accepted. The refund
period is from 10:00 AM on April 14th to June 5th.
