[sumo] Update on Miyagino Stable.

Looks like the JSA is trying to “encourage” ex-Hakuho to quit.  They don’t
want the blame of kicking him out of Sumo so they plan to humiliate him to
the point he leaves.  It will be a huge loss for Sumo.
