That’s very helpful Katrina, however adult offspring of a retired member of
the US Military are not entitled to the requisite ID to access US Military
facilities.  Neither would someone married to someone entitled access as a
dependent (that is a family member not an adult) be entitled to that same
access.  Akebono would have only had access as a guest of his wife’s father.
