The Fuyu (winter ) jungyo will kick off on December 3rd in Yatsushiro-shi.
Missing it from Makuuchi are Terunofuji, Takanoshou, Kotoekou and
Tsurugishou. From Juryo, we have 7 kyujo: Aoiyama, Kotoshouhou, Shimazuumi,
Chiyomaru, Takakentou, Asakouryuu and Chiyosakae.

The Hatsu 2024 YDC soken (training session) will be held at the Kokugikan
training institute on January 9th, 2024. This means it will not be open to
